Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a “late cancel” and will be charged at the full session rate1.
2. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be charged at the full rate.
3. Emergency Cancellations: In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the 24-hour notice policy may be made at the trainer’s discretion.
4. Membership Cancellations: If a client wishes to cancel their membership, they must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. Any prepaid sessions will be refunded on a prorated basis, minus any applicable fees2.
5. Refunds: Refunds for canceled sessions or memberships will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Communication: Clients should contact their trainer directly via phone or email to cancel or reschedule a session.
